Markus Weißflog

Hi 👋 I’m a researcher at the Chair for Automation Engineering at TU Chemnitz, specializing in robotics, continual learning, visual place recognition and visual SLAM. My research focuses on developing robust perception systems for autonomous robots, particularly in challenging and changing environments for long-term deployment. Currently, I also assist in teaching two bachelor’s and one master’s course for students of electrical engineering. Previously, I earned my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in automation engineering.
